Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Incident / request tracking, investigation and closure

Change requests creation, review and implementation

Environments health checks and validations

Application and DB alerts setup and monitoring

DB refresh and maintenance

Identify the automation for repetitive activities and proposal for performance improvements. Automate daily/weekly/monthly application maintenance

Monitoring service availability , batch jobs, report generations and ensure that the job executions are completed within SLA.

Perform Deployments, data loads & Data Copies

Perform other duties as assigned

Ability and willingness to work in 24 / 7 support model, including night shifts.
