Rectification of AC indoor and outer units - La Riviera Estate

The Contractor shall carry out complete rectification works for the existing Pump Room AC units, including supply, replacement, repair, testing, and commissioning.

Scope includes:

• Replace defective fan motor and fan blower assembly.
• Provide and install new fan motor as per existing specification:
  • Model: YDK36-4ZG
  • 220–240V, 36W, 0.32A
• Manufacturer: HIGHLY
• Model: ATH356MV-C9LU
• Carry out nitrogen pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and functional testing.
• Repair refrigerant leakage from cooling coil.
• Perform nitrogen pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and complete performance testing.
