Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager is responsible for developing and implementing company engineering policies and standards and providing specialist engineering knowledge. The incumbent will implement and ensure execution of a standardized asset lifecycle management approach and maintenance management system across the organization and will drive standardization of and coordinate spare parts management and maintenance planning.

Duties & Responsibilities Develop strategies to improve quality of engineering service, performance, and budgetary and operational efficiency for the unit.
