1. Curriculum Strategy & Architecture

• Lead the design and long-term vision of the organization's curriculum across:
• STEM Programs
• Education Pathways
• AI & Robotics Initiatives
• Teacher Training Programs
• Fellowship Learning Journeys
• Build learning progression frameworks across grade bands and learner segments.
• Define curriculum standards, learning competencies, and pedagogical principles.
• Ensure coherence across multiple program models and geographies.

2. Pedagogical Leadership

• Serve as the organization's pedagogy lead, ensuring all programs are grounded in strong learning science and classroom practice.
