Position Summary

New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seeks to appoint an Academic Appointments Partner reporting to the Executive Director, Office of Academic Appointments. The Office supports the academic strategy by providing administrative oversight for faculty, research and academic staff evaluations, promotion processes, and hiring activities. The Partner will work with the Dean of the Academic Divisions to support all academic appointments activities: recruitment, appointments, reappointments, tenure, promotion, performance reviews, sabbaticals, and other processes. The role also involves developing hiring plans, monitoring implementation, and serving as the primary liaison for Deans and faculty to ensure seamless communication.
