Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Sales Ownership Take complete ownership of the student lifecycle from lead qualification to final enrollment and fee payment. Counsel students and parents on international education pathways, program selection, career outcomes, eligibility, APS, visa process, and admissions. 2. Daily Calling & Counseling KPIs Manage daily outreach activities including inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and virtual counseling sessions (VCs). Achieve defined KPIs related to: Calls connected Counseling sessions conducted Follow-ups completed Applications generated Enrollments achieved 3. Student Conversion & Revenue Targets Drive monthly enrollment and revenue targets through strong consultative selling and relationship management.
