The Access Lead for the UPMC Vision Institute - St. Margaret, located at 100 Delafield Road, Suite 201, 100 Medical Arts Building, Pittsburgh, PA 15215, will oversee daily front‑end operations to ensure exceptional patient access, scheduling accuracy, and workflow efficiency. The Access Lead will work Monday-Friday on staggered shifts (7:00-3:30, 7:30-4:00, and 8:00-last patient) to align with clinic operations and patient volume. The position requires 10% travel to support additional Vision Institute locations
