Overview: Working as Part-time Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will work with new and existing customers continually accessing current account state, identifying issues attributing to account delinquency, and implementing process improvement to optimize the order to cash cycle. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Performing analytical reviews of customer statements

Assisting in identifying customer payment applications

Continuing evaluation of the structure with accounts, billing, collections and SOPs

Leading communications internally and externally through phone and email

Building financial reports, metrics, and visuals that highlight business impact

Evaluating data to identify trends, root cause issues and determine solutions
