Royal Ocean Marine is looking for a dedicated Account Assistant / Associate to join our client dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and contribute to the overall success of the accounting department. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Handle AP accounts function
- Liaise with other department colleagues and suppliers (where necessary)
- Assist in month end closing
- Liaise with auditors on audit matter and audit schedules
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Possess a diploma or lower in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an accounting role is preferred but not mandatory.
