Job purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Finance Department, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the efficiency of department's functions. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting with accounting processes, and handling ad-hoc duties as required.
Duties & Responsibilities - Check and verify bills and invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Verify petty cash expenses from project sites and ensure they comply with assigned budget and responsible personnel.
- Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR) for management approval and record them in the accounting system.
- Assist in preparing a full set of accounts and financial statements.
- Assist in updating General Ledgers (GL) in the accounting system.
