Position Overview

  • Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Preparation of bank reconciliation, audit schedules and other reconciliation
  • Preparation of payment to vendors and updating it into the accounting system
  • Assist in month-end closing of accounts
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounting team
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information
  • Adhering to all relevant accounting policies, procedures, and regulation
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as accounts assistant
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
