Responsibilities - Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
- Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities
- Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
- Update customer information in the database
