Execute action plan to achieve annual sales budget of Business Banking to maximize growth, preferred segment and profit of the business division.
Job Responsibilities
Internal Management
- To achieve region sales target & productivity assigned by Management.
- Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies, identify and secure potential business opportunities from bank.
- Monitor team’s sales performance results and engaged in timely coaching session when necessary.
- Responsible to build strong and positive business relationship with bankers.
- Continuous effort to train new & existing banker.
- To execute HQ & region office bancassurance activities.
- Respond to various requests including ad hoc from customers/bank/HQ.
