Position Overview
SUMMARY
Sells products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to specified customer segments or partners and is responsible for ensuring a positive customer/partner experience.
Has ownership of own quota.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Functions as the overall account manager including leading all sales, partnering with the channel or other internal sales partners in both strategy and execution
* Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business
* Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information, and provide technical specifications and quotations
* May focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts
