Roles & Responsibility:
General Accounting
Maintain accurate books under US GAAP using platforms such as Quick Books Online, Net Suite, or Xero.
Manage the full general ledger cycle with proper documentation and audit-ready records.
Accounts Payable (AP)
Vendor setup and W-9 management.
Perform 3-way matching and process vendor bills.
Execute payments through or similar tools.
Support 1099 preparation and documentation.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Generate and manage customer invoices.
Record receipts and perform cash application.
Review aging reports and follow up on collections.
Reconciliations
Perform monthly reconciliations for:
Bank accounts
Credit cards
Merchant processors (Stripe, Pay Pal, etc.)
Month-End Close
Prepare accruals, prepaids, depreciation, payroll journal entries, and reclassifications.
