You’ll support a group of experienced commercial brokers, providing account management to SME and domestic clients alongside general branch administration. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll get genuine variety in your day-to-day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting brokers with portfolio management
• Delivering a high-quality service experience for clients
• Managing a portfolio of SME and domestic accounts
• Processing new business and renewal quotes
• Handling policy amendments and alterations
