International B2B SaaS company, high‑growth environment, building a strong sales organization with a strategic focus on the Italian market.

Role Overview

Senior Account Executive (Full Cycle) who will own the Italian market from Barcelona, managing the entire sales process end to end.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the sales cycle (end-to-end): prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and closing.
  • Development and management of a qualified pipeline focused on Italian clients.
  • Consultative selling of a complex B2B SaaS solution.
  • Forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline.
  • Close collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
  • Active contribution to sales process definition and best practices.
  • Key KPIs: Pipeline coverage, conversion rate per stage, average deal size, win rate, forecast accuracy, sales cycle length.
