Role Overview
Senior Account Executive (Full Cycle) who will own the Italian market from Barcelona, managing the entire sales process end to end.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the sales cycle (end-to-end): prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and closing.
- Development and management of a qualified pipeline focused on Italian clients.
- Consultative selling of a complex B2B SaaS solution.
- Forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline.
- Close collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
- Active contribution to sales process definition and best practices.
- Key KPIs: Pipeline coverage, conversion rate per stage, average deal size, win rate, forecast accuracy, sales cycle length.
