Position Overview

Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of active clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within the customer base
Act in a consultative manner, understanding the challenges of law firms and in‑house legal departments to propose appropriate solutions
Conduct periodic relationship and performance review meetings (QBRs)
Collaborate with Support, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure the best possible customer experience
Monitor performance indicators (e.g., churn, NPS, revenue expansion)
Map stakeholders and expand use of the solution within the client’s legal operations
Use CRM to manage the pipeline and record interactions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Commercial Management, Economics or related fields
Postgraduate or specialization courses in the areas mentioned (Differential)
Experience in sales within B2B software markets and service BPOs (BPO for legal operation...
