As an Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of mid‑market clients, promoting Shakers’ marketplace of top tech freelancers to improve their productivity and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your customer portfolio, evangelizing the Shakers model to increase conversion and repeat rates.
- Understand client pain points and present tailored value propositions to communicate the benefits of working with top freelancers.
- Execute account‑based actions to generate successful projects and maintain stable relationships with key clients, identifying upsell opportunities.
