Position Overview

To perform daily accounting operations, handling a complete set of accounts including GL, AP, AR and Bank Reconciliation. 
To assist Senior Accounts Executive in monthly closing, journal adjustment, prepare closing reports. 
Prepare payment vouchers and online banking payments, and liaise with the supplier about the amount. 
To check the Sales tally with the Merchant Report and bank in amount. 
Obtain financial data from several sources such as daily sales reports, expenses report…
