Job Title: Account Executive (ID1405)
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8am -5pm, Sat 9am - 1pm (Alt Sat)
Salary: up to $4000
Job Description - Keeping full sets OR Partial of accounts
- Prepare monthly reconciliation for all General Ledger accounts
- Inventory Management e.g. stock code creation, inventory adjustments
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
- Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
- Execute Hyperion reporting
- Prepares VAT reconciliation
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties eg external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax agents where required
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filings and reporting requirements per corporate and statutory guidelines
- Assist in finance ad hoc duties
