Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate customer ledger accounts and receivable records.
Monitor ageing reports and follow up on overdue payments.
Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers regarding payment-related matters.
Track advances, credit notes, debit notes, and account adjustments.
Ensure proper accounting entries in ERP/accounting software.
Assist in monthly closing activities related to receivables.
Prepare MIS reports related to outstanding balances and collections.
Support audits by providing required documents and reconciliations.
Maintain records of customer communication and collection follow-ups.
