This profile will act as a strategic point of contact for active accounts, identifying growth opportunities, bridging technical teams and business stakeholders, and translating customer needs into tangible solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction rates.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements, working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate in the development of commercial proposals, quotes, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
