Position Overview

Pay Rate: $29 per hour

  • Location: Tampa, FL or Aurora, IL

  • Work Mode: Hybrid - in office Tuesday and Wednesday



Responsibilities:


  • Support implementation plans for new client installations and expanded product offerings.

  • Provide ongoing support for account maintenance and handle escalated issues.

  • Problem-solve on implementation and service conference calls.

  • Manage end-to-end account management experience for assigned cases ranging from 100 to over 100,000 eligible members.

  • Research and define opportunities to improve profitability and retain customers.

  • Respond proactively to customer needs.

  • Develop strong expert relationships with brokers/consultants.

  • Provide management with clear updates on issues and potential escalations.
