As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for renewals and stakeholder management.
You will work in coordination with Customer Success Managers and be the primary contact of executives. Your primary responsibilities include driving renewal, creating expansion and MRR growth opportunities, negotiating contract terms and prices, and managing high‑level stakeholders through all account phases. Daily tasks involve sponsor nurturing, identifying stakeholder needs to match Insider product suites, conducting business reviews, handling renewal processes, and negotiating contracts.
