The Account Manager/Sales Associate is responsible for developing new business relationships, in this instance principally with clients in Italy (but potentially across international locations too), and serving as the first level of support to prospective clients within the Retail sector.
The role will be fully focused on Business Development, and will involve principally prospection and cold outreach for lead generation to generate opportunities with prospective new accounts. In time, the successful candidate can be involved in taking on more responsibility such as client discovery meetings, demo calls all the way through to closing deals.
The focus will be to sell TransPerfect´s translation and localization services, as well GlobalLink technology products.
Once the client is onboarded, the client is then passed onto a Client Services team member who will grow that account long term.
