The Account Manager is responsible for the management of an account or assigned accounts, and the supervisors assigned to each account.
They operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to their assigned accounts.  They build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
