The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining deep customer relationships to drive account revenue retention and growth. By collaborating with internal partners, the Account Manager delivers exceptional service and solutions to our clients. The role involves managing a defined book of business or group of accounts (regulators, banks, corporates or other financial institutions) in the territory and is accountable for the commercial success of all deals. The person must develop deep customer knowledge and relationships to drive client retention and new sales opportunities across a set of accounts with varying strategic complexity and priority. This is a quota‑bearing role with quarterly targets for revenue retention, sales, and account administration.
