1. Client Support & Relationship Management

• Support the CEO in handling key client accounts
• Help manage budgets, timelines, deliverables, and creative approvals when assigned
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and build strong working relationships
• Be proactive in identifying new opportunities or projects with existing clients

2. Team Support & Coordination

• Assist in recruiting and training new Account servicing team members as needed to grow your team
• Work and coordinate with part-time/ contract creatives or project managers
• Support the setup of basic systems for smoother project tracking and internal communication
• Source suppliers or contractors in completing projects as needed
