**About the Role**



Our Business Intelligence team is seeking an Account Manager to work customers and prospects across our Risk and Compliance, Factiva, and Newswires solution lines.



**You Will:**



+ ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Provide a high level of account management service, by building excellent customer relationships, understanding our customers' businesses, and resolving issues in a timely manner; understand competitor solutions the customer is using and the customer's current and developing needs

+ NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY: Generate new streams of revenue through sales of products and services which address prospects business needs

+ CUSTOMER GROWTH: Identify opportunities for increasing revenue within the account territory via up-selling and cross-selling
