THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Account Manager whose primary focus (80β90%) will be managing and nurturing client accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving retention, supporting adoption, and maintaining seamless communication and internal coordination.
The remaining 10β20% of the role will involve occasional ad hoc projects or administrative tasks assigned directly by the CEO. These tasks may be unrelated to account management and will vary depending on business needs.
