Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and control the sale of company products to new and existing customers.
• Act as primary liaison with customers and perform customer care and after-sale service.
• Make regular personal visits to the customers to develop relationships.
• Manage, control and report on market research and customer visits and contacts.
• Assist with the collection of customer payments.
• Execute sales related administration when required.
• Assist with the physical monthly stock takes if required by the manager.
