Position Overview
Client Fronting Roles and Responsibilities•Account management for RSME Loans Portfolio (exclude Trade accounts).
•Repricing (client retention and anti-attrition exercise, end to end process).
•CDD Periodic & Event Trigger reviews and assessments.
•Review and process AAs for RSME customers Credit Requests (change in structure, change in ownership / guarantors, change in security arrangement and other credit requests that requires AA review processes).
•Review of RSME accounts (except Trade accounts) undergoing litigation (SCCB report), exceptional reviews (OBIEE report) and adverse news (Production Order/ECDD Event Trigger) per Portfolio Management Framework – Simplified Review (SR) and Full Review (FR). •Service support for RSME segment of customers i.e. day to day customer handling supports (statements requests, redemption, prepayments, letter of consents, enquiries on interest calculation and etc).
