Company Background: We are representing a group of companies specializing in the solar energy and renewable energy industry . As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join their growing team based in Hicom, Shah Alam .

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations, including accounting entries, payments, and payroll.
• Handle full set of accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and manage month-end closing and management reporting.
• Oversee project costing and cash flow management for Solar EPC projects, including Budget vs. Actual analysis and progress billing for C&I clients.
• Coordinate supplier payments for high-value solar equipment while maintaining healthy working capital.
