The Account Manager serves as the personal point of contact for Chamba77's highest-value players. This is a relationship-driven role: you are the face of the brand for Gold and Diamond tier players, responsible for their satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 20–40 Gold and Diamond tier VIP accounts personally
- Proactively reach out to VIPs with personalized offers, birthday bonuses, and exclusive promos
- Facilitate priority withdrawal requests; coordinate with Platform Ops for same-day processing
- Monitor assigned VIP play patterns; flag churn signals before drop-off
- Host player feedback calls; capture insights for platform improvement
