Lead, develop and improve the day to day client relationship
Act as the account lead for assigned accounts based on the Client Value Proposition
Understand commercial underwriting process and propose appropriate policy terms to existing clients to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio
Negotiate the best possible policy terms for the company while delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction
Coordinate closely with different internal functions (Claims, Policy Management and Credit Risk)
Maintain solid relationship with insurance brokers, sales agents as well as clients
Capable of setting up renewal strategies and deliver high retention ratio and growth for the portfolio and meet company targets
