Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented account manager to join our team to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with strategic merchants to drive business growth. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic business planning, customer engagement, and campaign management within the fintech industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Portfolio management of strategic accounts Build & maintain positive relationships with clients, promote merchant satisfaction Act as the main point of contact for escalations and assist in problem-solving Identify new business opportunities by promoting new products and services or offering tailored solutions based on client's needs (working with product and tech team) Plan marketing campaigns to boost NETS usage Arrange senior management meetings for account reviews Prepare and give presentation to internal stakeholders
