About the Role
Account Representative (Treasury) is responsible for supporting payment processing, analysis, and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of key financial information.
Responsibilities
- Process banking transactions.
- Monitor daily cash balances and banking activities.
- Coordinate with banks regarding account concerns, documentation, and services.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and resolve transaction discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain treasury records, reports, and banking documents.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Support cash management activities and payment schedules.
- Maintain online banking access and treasury system records.
- Assist in treasury process improvements and audit requirements.
