Job Description

Position: Accountancy Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lectures in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Taxation, and related Commerce subjects.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, examinations, and practical activities.
• Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical application of accounting concepts.
• Integrate technology and modern teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
• Prepare students for board examinations and competitive or professional courses such as CA Foundation, CMA, and CS Foundation, where applicable.
