Executive, Finance (12 Month contract) (Based in Singapore) This position will be responsible for the Accounting function based in Singapore.
- Assist with monthly financial closing, preparation of journals, audit schedules, bank reconciliation, preparation of financial results/management reports
- Assist in analysis of financial results; preparation of forecasting and budgeting exercises
- Assist with audit and tax information preparation; liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audit and tax filing/compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Assist with other ad-hoc assignments such as UAT and data migration verification as and when required
Job Requirements - Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in real estate industry
