Key Responsibilities

Handles preparation of Purchase and General Journal vouchers, charging expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices and expense reports, and recording entries. Maintains and verifies accounting ledgers, reconciles work by checking entries and comparing system reports to balances. Manages and secures petty cash, prepares petty cash statements, and updates outward letters of credit, loans, interest, and margin summaries. Prepares wire transfers, payment vouchers, and updates the Aging of Payables report, ensuring timely settlements. Monitors supplier payments and credit notes, completes accurate reports for monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close, and coordinates financial audits.
