The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Accountant on behalf of a specialist service business based in Bedford

The Role

As Accountant you will support the Head of Finance with the production of regular financial and management reporting across the UK. Day to day duties will consist of:

• Prepare and review month-end journals, reconciliations and reporting across group and subsidiaries as required.
• Delivery of an accurate and efficient month-end close, meeting agreed timetables. Including preparation of management accounts reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Technical accounting and audit support
• Capital, Operational and Group Accounting
• Stakeholder management
