Job Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year‑end close.
• Maintain financial records in compliance with global policies and US GAAP (and local GAAP where applicable).
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley Internal Controls, documenting process control narratives.
• Alert management to discrepancies between written processes and current procedures.
• Review, maintain, and prepare detailed journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly intercompany account reconciliations and required journal entries; ensure invoices are sent to intercompany partners.
• Analyze expenses to ensure accurate coding, adequacy of accruals, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Facilitate positive relationships with the General Ledger team, including international accounting personnel, and other departments.
