Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Odoo
- Review and improve finance and accounting processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and greater efficiency
- Support the accounting function and ensure best practices
- Work with management to optimize financial operations
- Support future Odoo implementations across the group
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of accounting experience
- Hands‑on experience with Odoo Accounting
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting
- Experience improving accounting processes
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
