Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Daily capital adequacy monitoring
  • General ledger reconciliation
  • Client money and custody reconciliations if applicable
  • Regulatory reporting calendar
  • Liquidity monitoring where applicable
  • Record retention supporting all regulatory submissions
  • Independent review of regulatory returns before submission
  • VAT accounting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant Financial and Accounting experience in a corporate environment is required.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Xero is crucial for efficiency.
