Job Description

We are inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of JV Accountant/ Finance Controller (JV Specialist) to be based in our Client’s office in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities

• JV Accounting & Financial Management
• Perform accurate and timely accounting of JV financial transactions, including cost allocations, intercompany balances, and year-end adjustments.
• Perform sales transaction, invoicing and ensure tax compliance
• Review and process Joint Interest Billings (JIBs), Cash Calls, Cost Statements, and Authorization for Expenditures (AFEs).
• Monitor JV expenditures against approved Work Programs & Budgets and highlight variances.
• Support cost control, financial tracking, and preparation of monthly JV reports for Head Office.
• Any other acounting tasks assigned by KUFPEC.

Reporting & Reconciliation
