Petty cash / Funds management according to the approvals Record keeping of receipts / Payments and day to day transactions. Maintain & submit the expense statements separately for each approved tasks / project in routine, as well as at the completion of the task / project. Witnessing withdrawals from banks along with the authorized signatory. Expenses to be incurred as per the approval from the authority.
