Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end expense accounting, processing, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with global and local expense policies and regulatory requirements - Review and approve employee expense claims, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence - Analyse expense trends and variances;
prepare regular management reports and dashboards - Lead month-end and year-end expense closing activities - Support budgeting and forecasting of operating expenses - Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities - Act as primary contact for internal and external audits related to expenses - Develop, update, and communicate expense management policies and procedures - Provide training and guidance to employees on expense systems and policies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.G., Procurement team, HR, IT) to resolve issues - Monitor internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure Indian Accounting Standard/ Compliance adherence - Track and r...
