Duties & Responsibilities

My client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding educational institution committed to providing high-quality learning experiences.

This role is based in Rosebank, Johannesburg North.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Budgeting:
   • Develop detailed budgets for each campus after consulting with management and analyzing historical data.
   • Assist Principals and Managers during the budget compilation process.
   • Monitor performance, conduct variance analysis, and provide advice to Principals and Brand Finance Manager.
   • Analyze trends, highlighting areas of concern monthly.
   • Coordinate with Group Shared Services on revenue collection and fixed assets.
