Position Overview

            RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Full accounting function and management of the day-to-day financial functions and transactions 
Budgeting and forecasting 
Preparation of monthly management accounts  
Monthly financial reporting 
Inventory Management 
Statutory returns and company secretarial work 
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards 
Debtors and creditors management 
Preparation of audit files 
Liaising with external auditors / accountants 
Liaising with external accounting software vendors (preferable Odoo experience 
Review and implementation of internal controls 
Personnel management. This includes traveling to production units. 
Continuous evaluation and improvement of financial systems and processes 

REQUIREMENTS: 
Tertiary qualification in Accounting / Finance
